Our pieces are made to order (with the exception of one-of-a-kind items), please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery in most cases. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of your order and will do our best to accommodate them.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our process, we cannot accept cancellations on orders.

You should receive an order verification upon completing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. All orders, unless otherwise arranged, are shipped via UPS, 2-day, insured (signature required).
Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.
We stand behind our products and craftsmanship 100%. For items purchased directly from Rebecca Overmann, please contact us and we will advise you on the best way to proceed. While many repairs could be made by a local jeweler, we recommend you speak with us before proceeding. If the repair is due to ‘normal wear and tear’, we will provide an estimate prior to starting the repair. Repairs generally take from 1 to 2 weeks to complete.
Please consult us if you have any questions regarding care or cleaning of your jewelry. Certain chemicals and techniques may damage your jewelry. You can consult our cleaning guide for engagement rings for general care of your heirloom pieces.
We offer 1 complimentary resizing for engagement rings and wedding bands purchased directly from Rebecca Overmann. The customer is responsible for shipping to and from Rebecca Overmann (we offer free in-studio pickup). We are happy to schedule an in-studio appointment for sizing or the customer can obtain an accurate size from a professional jeweler of their choice.
For items purchased from us directly (online or in-studio), we offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit on any stock items within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or resized items, or made-to-order items including engagement rings and wedding bands.
All items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
